Reservations Highly Recommended

• Godfrey Sweetwater 12 passenger with a Yamaha 115 HP. Pontoon has 4 seating areas - ideal for groups of 12 or less.
• The Boat comes with a bimini top, swim ladder, cooler, GPS, depth finder and Phone charging port.
• Great for cuising, dolphin watching, and taking to the sandbars and islands nearby John's Pass/Maderia Beach.
• 12 People Max (weight limit: 1,750lbs).
• Journeying into the Gulf of Mexico is NOT allowed. If the pontoon is taken into the gulf, the rental will be immediately terminated, and you will lose the deposit.
• Physical ID required. No Pictures of IDs. No Exceptions.
• Drivers are not allowed to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol when renting the Boat. A breathalyzer and/or drug test may be administered within reason. The deposit is non-refundable if results are positive.
• If the boat is not returned on time, a late fee of $250 per hour will be charged.
• Valet parking is available for $20 per car.
• Please remove all trash from the boat and return it in the condition it was rented. A $60 cleaning fee will be charged if the boat is left dirty.
• We reserve the right to refuse your business.

THE DOs

• Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time - This will allow you to load your vessel with the gear that you bring, sign any additional paperwork that may be required, and go through safety and operation protocols. Your booking starts at the booked time, regardless of when you arrive.
• All drivers must submit and pass the boaters course to be eligible to drive.
• If possible, sign the rental agreement prior to arrival.
• Take all trash with you when you leave.
• Be aware of your fuel level.
• Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.

THE DONTs

• Do not bring coolers with wheels. (no wheels are allowed on the boat)
• Do not go outside the boundary area.
• Do not wear lotion or other sunscreens that have bronzer, it will stain the seats.
• Do not take any property off the boat (ex. Dock lines, life jackets, etc)
• No drinking and driving. It's the LAW! If you get a BUI (Boating Under the Influence) it goes on your permanent driving record. No kidding! FL State is 0.08 when driving a boat, just like a car.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel 48 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after. Customers may be able to reschedule to a different time and day, once available. If the weather conditions are unfavorable the rental may be rescheduled for a later date, or a full refund will be issued. No-Shows will not be refunded.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The Deposit is $500. It will be collected prior to departure. The Card & Id Must Match! The $500 Deposit Does Not Limit the Individuals Responsibility for Damages. If damages exceed $500, the individual is responsible for paying the full cost. Once there are no damages the deposit is immediately released.
